04.071 EN - Appendix to tax return - Deductions for maintenance payments etc. or personal interest expenses

You should use this form if you have received a tax assessment notice/tax return and are not able to use E-tax (TastSelv), and if you have deductions for maintenance payments (child/spousal support payments) or personal interest payments.

If you submit the form by email as an attached file, save the file on your computer before attaching it.

Submit the completed form by logging on at skat.dk/tastselv and selecting:

‘Kontakt’ (Contact) → ‘Skriv til os’ (Write to us) → ‘Indsend/indberet til os (fx blanket)’ (Submit form/appendix etc. to us).

You can also send it by regular post.
