02.052 EN - Power of attorney for authorisation of party representative in E-tax (TastSelv)

This power of attorney form may be used for authorisation of a party representative via the authorisation scheme in E-tax (TastSelv).

If, however, an authorisation is only needed for the Danish Tax Agency to make contact with a party representive, form no. 02.043 should be used instead.

You or your party representative can submit can submit the form via the contact form in E-tax or send it to: Skattestyrelsen, Nykøbingvej 76, Bygning 45, 4990 Sakskøbing, Denmark.

If the party representative submits the form, it must be signed by you.
