Give your employees access to your business' E-tax
The E-tax for businesses administrator of your business can generate and assign roles to give employees access to your E-tax for businesses.
A role is a combinations of rights that give access to certain functions in E-tax for businesses.
If the employee needs full access to all of the business’ E-tax, you can give the employee the automatically generated role ’Vedrørende alle typer’ (Relevant to all types). This role gives the employee all rights and then also access to all of the business’ E-tax.
The business MitID administrator or E-tax for business administrator always has this role and it can also be given to other employees of the business.
If the administrator doesn’t add rights or change the role ’Vedrørende alle typer’ (Relevant to all types), it will updated with new rights automatically.
If your business doesn’t want employees to have access to all of E-tax, the MitID administrator or E-tax administrator has to generate new roles with different right and assign these to different employees. It could be that some employees file VAT returns while others need to work in E-income.
NemID was abolished on 31 October 2023. As a result, there are changes in how you assign employee rights to E-tax for businesses. If you were NemID administrator of employee rights in E-tax for businesses, you will now be E-tax administrator. See further down on this page under 'Authorise an employee to manage E-tax for businesses'.
It is only the MitID E-tax for businesses manager who can authorise an employee to be E-tax for businesses administrator.
