TEST 2

Authorise your accountant/consultant to report information on behalf of your business

It is the E-tax for businesses (TastSelv Erhverv) administrator of the business who can authorise an accountant or a consultant to report on behalf of the business.

This is how you authorise somebody to report information on behalf of the business:

  1. Log on to E-tax for businesses (TastSelv Erhverv)
  2. Select Profile information and contact details
  3. Select Rights and access to E-tax for businesses
  4. Select Authorise accountant etc.
  5. Select the field you want to give access to under ’Rettigheder’ (Rights). Please note that if you want to give an accountant access to E-income, you have to select ’Ansatte’ (Employees) and then ’Indberet til eIndkomst eller LetLøn’ (Report to E-income or Easy Pay) and then you select ’Autoriser revisor m.fl.’ (Authorise accountant etc.)
  6. Click the arrow
  7. Enter the CVR number or SE number of your accountant in ‘CVR-/SE-nr’ (business registration number/VAT number)
  8. Click the arrow
  9. In the field ‘Slutdato’ (Expiry date) you select the duration of the authorisation.
  10. Click ‘Gem’ (Save)

You have now authorised another business, such as an accountant or a consultant, to report information on behalf of your business.

Within 30 minutes your accountant will be able to see and apply the various functions.

Remember that your accountant or consultant needs to register for the Accountant scheme (Revisorordningen)

Please note that for you to authorise your accountant or consultant, he has to be registered for the Accountant Scheme (Revisorordningen) in E-tax for businesses. However, this doesn't apply to all reporting fields. See how you register for the Accountant Scheme.
